NOTES: This was a weeklong event. I appeared at 5 different schools throughout the week (with usually 3 assembly presentations per school) and then the Young Author's Fair on Saturday. There were a total of sixteen 45 minute presentations!!
The Bakersfield schools that I visited were: Vineland, Longfellow, Bimat, Evergreen and North Beardsley. The preparations, artwork and decorations by the students and staff were AMAZING!!!

NOTES: The event was a ton of fun. It lasted (including signing books) from 10:30 to about 2. I gave my presentation and launched another book - which went off course a little. I need to add a self-destruct button to destroy the book in flight when it goes off course :)
